BT&T is fully committed to good Corporate Governance. We recognize the demands that are placed on us by different stakeholders and have therefore adopted the Corporate Governance Directive decreed by the SWX Swiss Exchange in 2002.

The principles and rules of BT&T on Corporate Governance are laid down in the Articles of Association and the company's Organizational Charter, which are reviewed regularly by the Board of Directors.

BT&T achieved 100% in Corporate Governance study

The SWX Swiss Exchange commissioned the Institute for Accounting and Control of the University of Zurich to check the quality of the disclosed information by meand of a detailed analysis in order to evaluate how successful the directive has been implemented. BT&T has taken notice with great satisfaction that their two investment companies BT&T TIME Ltd and BT&T LIFE Ltd - which have been merged in the meantime - were the only companies among the 265 listed companies on the SWX Swiss Echange which fulfilled the Corporate Governance Directive by 100% (cf. Studie zur praktischen Umsetzung der Corporate Governance-Richtlinie der SWX Swiss Exchange).

This outstanding result was also noticed positively by various Swiss media (cf. Press Monitor).
